We accept all major credit cards, UPI, PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout.

We currently only ship domestically in India.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location, but standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days.

Your product is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

1. You have received an incorrect product i.e the product you received is different from that mentioned in the order confirmation email.
2. If you feel the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please photograph the defect as soon as you have opened the packaging and send us the photographs on starpapayastory@gmail.com. The product will be considered damaged only if the inner items have a manufacturing defect. The product will not be replaced if the outer packaging or box has been damaged.

Please contact us at starpapayastory@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with the following information:

1. Order number
2. Specify the reason for exchange and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us photos of the item.
