Shipping and Returns

Once we receive your order, our little elves will pack and ship your package within 24 hours. We know you can’t wait to receive your Star Papaya boxes!

All orders that have been paid for online are dispatched within 24 hours or less. You can choose from the following delivery options:

Delivery between 3 - 5 business days	FREE
Express delivery 1 - 2 business days	PAID (Rs.500)
Self-collection (Hyderabad only)	FREE

Delivery time frame from the date of dispatch (for the free delivery option):

Category A (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai): 3-5 working days

Category B (Rest of India): 5-7 working days.

We do not ship products on Sundays or Public Holidays. All timelines mentioned above are based on business days. 

Our product prices are exclusive of GST charges. Relevant GST % will be charged as applicable.
