RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Is my purchase eligible for a return or exchange?
Your product is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

You have received an incorrect product i.e the product you received is different from that mentioned in the order confirmation email.

If you feel the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please photograph the defect as soon as you have opened the packaging and send us the photographs on starpapayastory@gmail.com. The product will be considered damaged only if the inner items have a manufacturing defect. The product will not be replaced if the outer packaging or box has been damaged.
If your product meets the return/exchange criteria stated above, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:

Specify the reason for exchange and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us photos of the item.
Please contact us via email at starpapayastory@gmail.com or call us at +91 9154999620 from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST). We will review your email and respond to you within 2 business days.
If your Return or Exchange is approved, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 2 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, with the original tags and the contents, manual and packaging are all intact.
When you receive the product, if you feel the packaging is tampered with or damaged before you open it, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery agent; immediately contact our team at starpapayastory@gmail.com or call us at 9154999620. We hold quality and customer service at the highest standard, but we cannot always control the delivery process.
How will I receive my refund or exchange?
If your return or exchange is approved:
- You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- In case of exchange, we will dispatch a replacement product to you within 2 days of the exchange being approved.
Are there any products that are not eligible for returns or exchange?
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) and customised products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
